These Terms govern use of the Glowfolio iOS app and related services, operated by Anna Katrina Marie Oli. By creating an account or using Glowfolio, you agree to these Terms.
Glowfolio's purpose
Glowfolio is a personal beauty organization and tracking tool. Launch 1 includes a skincare/makeup collection, product lifecycle and usage tracking, routines, reminders, Your Glowfolio profile, a private optional Glow Journal and personal trends.
Glowfolio is not a medical device, healthcare provider, dermatologist or emergency service. Glow Tips, estimates and trends are for personal organization and general information, not diagnosis or treatment.
Launch 1 is free
Glowfolio Launch 1 has no active in-app purchase or subscription flow and all currently shipping Launch 1 features are unlocked. Future releases may introduce paid functionality with the applicable Apple disclosures and terms before purchase.
Account creation
To create an account, you must confirm the age requirement, agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and provide requested account information. Glowfolio records the applicable Terms/Privacy versions and timestamps.
Age eligibility — 16+
You must be at least 16 years old to create or use a Glowfolio account. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter these Terms or consent independently to applicable processing, that higher age applies. Glowfolio does not currently provide a parental-consent flow below the applicable minimum age.
Your content
You retain ownership of information/content you provide. You grant Glowfolio a limited right to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the service or comply with law. You must have the right to upload any content you submit.
Health and wellbeing information
Health-related information is optional. Glowfolio requests separate explicit consent before storing allergies or covered Glow Journal information such as period, mood, skin condition or breakout observations. This consent is not bundled into these Terms.
You may refuse and keep using non-health features. You may withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy & Data; withdrawal deletes covered health/journal data while preserving your account, collection and rituals.
Product estimates and reminders
Product status, expiry, Smart Usage and restock estimates depend on user inputs and mathematical estimates. Actual condition/consumption may differ. Always follow manufacturer directions and safety information. Reminder delivery also depends on iOS/device settings.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account at Settings → Delete My Glowfolio. Deletion is irreversible and removes the active account and associated application records/files as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited lawful/provider operational retention.
Intellectual property
Glowfolio software, branding, interface, original text and other materials supplied by us are owned by or licensed to Anna Katrina Marie Oli. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Glowfolio for its intended purpose.
Availability and service providers
Glowfolio may evolve, and uninterrupted/error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Infrastructure and transactional providers used by Launch 1 are described in the Privacy Policy.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be waived where you live. Any final governing-law/forum provision remains subject to those mandatory protections.
