Glowfolio Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective 23 August 2026

This policy supplements the Glowfolio Privacy Policy and describes how Anna Katrina Marie Oli processes consumer health data in the optional health-related Glowfolio features.

Consumer health data we may collect

Only after separate explicit health-data consent, Glowfolio may collect:

  • allergy information;
  • period information;
  • mood recorded in the Glow Journal;
  • skin condition and other skin observations;
  • breakout status, areas and type;
  • journal notes relating to skin/wellbeing;
  • dates/times associated with those entries; and
  • health-consent status, timestamp, version and withdrawal timestamp.

Launch 1 does not enable skin-journal photo upload and does not access Apple Health/HealthKit.

Sources

Consumer health data comes directly from the user and from Glowfolio's processing of those user-entered records solely to display, organize or calculate the user's private journal/trends. Glowfolio does not buy consumer health data from data brokers.

Purposes

Glowfolio uses consumer health data to provide the optional private Glow Journal and related functionality, including saving/synchronizing entries, displaying history/trends and allowing users to edit/delete their own information.

Glowfolio does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking or sale to data brokers.

Consent

Health-data processing is optional and separate from general account creation. Before covered data is stored, Glowfolio presents a dedicated notice and requires an affirmative explicit-consent action. Consent status, timestamp and notice version are recorded.

Processors / recipients

  • Railway — Glowfolio API/application hosting.
  • Supabase — production database and configured file storage.

Resend is used for transactional password-reset email and is not intentionally provided Glow Journal health content for marketing.

Sale of consumer health data

Glowfolio does not sell consumer health data in Launch 1.

Your rights and withdrawal

Where applicable law provides the right, you may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent or other available consumer-health rights.

You can withdraw directly in Settings → Privacy & Data → Withdraw Consent & Delete Health Data. This stops future covered health-data processing and deletes stored Glow Journal entries, allergy information and associated legacy journal-photo files where present, while preserving non-health account content.

Account deletion

You can delete your entire Glowfolio account at Settings → Delete My Glowfolio.

International processing and security

Providers may process information in other countries. Glowfolio uses applicable transfer safeguards where legally required. Service communications use HTTPS/TLS and backend health/journal access is denied unless active health-data consent is recorded.

Age

Glowfolio accounts are available only to users who confirm they are at least 16, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law. No parental-consent workflow is currently offered below the applicable minimum age.
