Sign-in help
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. If the email belongs to a Glowfolio account, a six-digit reset code is sent to that address. Reset codes expire after 15 minutes.
Age requirement
Glowfolio accounts are for users aged 16 and older, subject to any higher minimum age required by local law.
Health & Journal data
Health-related Glow Journal features are optional and require separate explicit consent. Review or withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy & Data. Withdrawal deletes covered Glow Journal and allergy information while preserving non-health account content.
Product photos
Camera/Photos access is used only when you choose to add a product photo. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
Notifications
Glowfolio uses local iOS notifications for optional reminders. Check both iOS notification permission and the relevant Glowfolio reminder setting.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Delete My Glowfolio. Permanent account deletion cannot be undone.
